Real ship-by dates for made-to-order shops on Shopify.

Benchtime puts every made-to-order order on a simple production board and schedules it against what your workshop can really make: how much you finish per day or week, the days you work and the days you're closed. Every order gets a ship-by date that moves as the work moves.

• A private status page for each customer, with no account or login.
• Optional: pause checkout when you're booked out too far ahead (off until you turn it on).

Get Benchtime

Benchtime is a Shopify app: install it from the Shopify App Store, then open it any time from Apps in your Shopify admin. There's a free plan for up to 25 made-to-order orders a month.
